The New England Rural Health RoundTable, in collaboration with the State Offices of Rural Health, is developing this Web site as an online resource devoted to providing information for Rural Primary Care providers in New England.
This initiative will serve as a model in our efforts to improve collaboration and information-sharing opportunities for rural primary health care providers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
